Vincent is a poor, young man who falls for Eva, a rich girl, who is being forced to marry a powerful shrewd businessman. However when the Germans threaten their city, Vincent is hired to drive Eva and her parents to safety across the border. While risking their lives to get across the border, Vincent and Eva can no longer hide their feelings for one another, putting their lives in great jeopardy.
